Shipping policy
At Sampedro, our goal is to ensure that your order arrives quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below we detail our delivery times and conditions.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed and prepared for shipment at our warehouse in Guimarães.

Preparation Time: Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Weekends and Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Peak Seasons: During high volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Sales), processing time may increase slightly. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure the best service. The times below count from the moment the order leaves our warehouse:

Mainland Portugal: Estimated delivery in 24 to 48 business hours after dispatch.

Archipelagos (Madeira and Azores): Estimated delivery between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the island and the transport service (air or maritime).

Mainland Spain: Estimated delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

Rest of Europe: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
3. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to Mainland Portugal on orders over €100.
4. ORDER TRACKING We know you want to track the arrival of your textiles. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain the Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier's website, where you can check the delivery status in real-time. Note: The code may take up to 12 hours to become active in the carrier's system after receiving the email.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES It is crucial that you fill in the delivery address correctly and completely (including door number, floor, and exact postal code). The carrier will attempt delivery at the indicated address. If no one is available to receive it, a notice will be left in the mailbox or a notification (SMS/Email) will be sent with instructions to schedule a new delivery or pick up the order at a Service Point. If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to pick it up within the stipulated time, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
6. SHIPPING DAMAGES Sampedro is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the customer. However, we request that upon receiving the order, you check if the packaging is in perfect condition. If the packaging presents visible damage, you must register this information on the courier's delivery slip or refuse the order, contacting us immediately at online@sampedro.pt.
